How does the $1,000 credit for closing costs work?
Your agent will pay $1,000 of his or her commission towards your closing costs. This will show as a credit on your closing statement and will reduce the amount you owe by that amount – so it’s as good as cash in your pocket!
Do I choose my own agent, or do you choose for me?
You have complete say in which agent you choose. We’re here to help if you want an opinion on who may be most qualified to represent you. We know each agent and analyze things like experience in your market area, experience with your property type, education, negotiation experience, communication skills, and more.
What role do the home service providers (sponsors) have with the program?
Every home service provider (plumbers, roofers, etc.) listed on this website is a sponsor of The CARE Network. These sponsors pay a monthly or annual fee to help us administer our charitable real estate program so that 100% of the $1,000 donations goes directly to charity.
